Description
In ticket #4274 i proposed a various changes about https support. I reviewed a packages.ent and found some items that can be changed too.
In addition, there are some issue in ncurses package. It contains double slashes in download url (Download: http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu//ncurses/ncurses-6.1.tar.gz)
I attach the patch, that fixes all this issues. I checked it and it works fine
